There are only four steps to reviewing your pensions for possible transfer;

The ‘Fact Find’ – To gather the information we require about your pension plans and personal circumstances in order for us to formulate our advice for the report.
The ‘Existing Provider Authority’ – For sending to your existing pension provider(s) who in turn will provide us with the full information we need about your existing plan. You will need one form for each pension provider. You may put multiple plan numbers on each form as long as they are with the same provider. (also note that the address should be the address that the pension is registered to. This might not be your current address if you haven’t kept the provider up to date with your movements!)
Step Two – We will request further information from your pension provider & prepare an easy to read analysis report
Step Three – We will send you the report for you to review with no obligation
Step Four - If you decide to transfer your plans then we complete the paperwork for you
