Will I be able to track my case online?
As you will want to be apprised of the progress being made on your transaction, you can log in and track your case from start to finish. You will also receive email updates every time a case action is updated or a file note added.
Are you based in the UK?
Yes, all of our services are provided within the UK from offices based in Middlesbrough, Manchester and Sheffield.

What are the advantages of using Joslin Rhodes rather than my local solicitor?
Joslin Rhodes provide a low cost and speedy conveyancing service. The actual transaction will be exactly the same as if you had dealt with your local solicitor but will be far less expensive. This is because we deal in volume conveyancing work.
Will you complete my transaction quicker than my High Street Solicitor?
Normally yes. The actual transaction time is reduced as you do not need to make appointments to see the solicitor to sign paperwork as it will be posted to you. Additionally we endeavor to telephone you to deal with queries wherever possible rather than sending a formal letter asking you to ring us.
Will I need to attend your offices to sign paperwork?
You will not be required to attend our offices to sign paperwork as it will be posted to you.
Who will actually carry out my conveyancing?
Your case will be completed by HL interactive who are solicitors regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (previously known as the Law Society).
My mortgage lender says that you are not on their panel of solicitors.
We are on the panels of all of the major UK mortgage lenders. If you require the panel number for your particular lender then please contact us on 0845 1667972.
Is it all done online?
You have access to all the information online through our case tracking system however there will also be communication by letter and telephone. You will be given the contact telephone number for the person dealing with your case when you instruct us.
How long will it take?
This is the most commonly asked question of all. When we undertake conveyancing on your behalf we are reliant on outside bodies such as local authorities, estate agents and other solicitors and as such we cannot give a definitive timescale. What we can say is that your case will be reviewed daily and any actions required will be done immediately. As a guideline you should expect between four and eightweeks.
How can I contact the person dealing with my case?
You will be given the telephone and email details when you instruct us.
Can you do my conveyancing if I live in Scotland?
Unfortunately due to the different system for house purchases we are unable to offer our services in Scotland. Neither can we act if you are purchasing outside the UK.
