You will be able to speak to the person handling your case by telephone when required. In the event that they are not immediately available, then another member of our team will deal with your query.
We will not add any other charges for your standard conveyancing transaction other than those quoted to you in writing. *

We will endeavor to save time by contacting you by telephone (or email if you prefer) rather than sending a letter for all matters that do not require formal correspondence.
We will not conduct any unnecessary searches on your behalf.
We will inform you of any delays or problems with your transaction, as soon as they occur.
We will deal with your case as quickly as is humanly possible within the confines of our professional standards and regulatory rules.
We will deal with other related parties such as Estate Agents and third party solicitors in a timely and professional manner.
We will action all post on the day it is received.
In the unlikely event of customer dissatisfaction, we will deal with it promptly and robustly and ensure that the situation is resolved.
