Joslin Rhodes was founded in 2001 and has grown to be one of the most respected financial and property services companies in the UK. We employ over 40 people and provide our services the full length and breadth of England and Wales.

We pride ourselves on good old-fashioned customer service, integrated with state of the art technology. We also believe in transparency to our customers in relation to our charges and customer service standards.
In 2006 we transacted over £1.7 billion in property conveyancing transactions and arranged over £49 million in mortgages for our customers. More information about Conveyancing and Land Registry can be found on the Land Registry website.
In the same year we received seventeen complaints from customers which, although we believe is still too many, demonstrates that we take our responsibility to our clients, very seriously indeed.
We ensure that all telephone calls to us are answered personally, rather than an automated system, and our staff are encouraged to give their name when dealing with customers so that you may speak to the same person on any subsequent occasion.

what is our status as mortgage brokers
We are independant mortgage brokers, which means that we are not tied to one, or a limited panel of lenders. We provide unbiased advice to our customers and source from over 15,000 UK mortgages.
We receive commission from the lenders when we place a customers mortgage with them, which is not an additional cost to you. Our initial disclosure document can be found here. Our fees for the processing, administering, and provision of advice in relation to mortgages are variable depending on the type of mortgage, although they would normally be around 1% of the loan value, so for a £95,000 mortgage the fee would be £950. Fees are payable on completion and can normally be added to the loan if the lender agrees.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
